Chelsea Hack is a Registered Social Worker who is passionate about working with autistic folks in a way that encourages authenticity, trust, and acceptance. With a focus on youth, young adults, and their families, Chelsea utilizes narrative therapy, strength-based and trauma-informed approaches. Erin Dekker is a job coach, executive functioning coach, and disability researcher. Erin holds an MA in Disability Studies, a post-bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, and a BA in Psychology. They are currently pursuing their PhD in Community Psychology at Wilfrid Laurier University.

Their late-discovered autistic and ADHD identity sparked a passion for exploring the interactions between neurodivergence and the environment. With years of experience in human resources, recruitment, training, policy development, and research, Erin has worked across various industries such as media, manufacturing, non-profit, education, retail, and recreation.

Erin is dedicated to a strengths-based approach towards empowering neurodivergent individuals in the workplace, with a focus on environmental adaptation and self-advocacy.
